Jim Bush Music

Explore the wild & wondrous world of Jim Bush. Oh, and there's also the music.

Jim Bush’s new single,

“Natural Law,” available everywhere 10/4/24

(Mansfield, Ohio, October 2024) – We, at Blaze Records are proud to announce the long awaited single, “Natural Law,” hits stores today. It is distributed by DistroKid and their partners. The single is accompanied by a music video distributed by DistroVid(also released today).

Adam said to Eve, “Let me take your hand, “C’mon Baby, let me be your lovin’ man.” – from Natural Law

Boy gets Girl, Boy loses Girl…Well, actually Girl accepts a red shiny apple from a disreputable snake of questionable origin, God finds out and tosses them both out of paradise(the snake is now residing comfortably in Florida). Yikes, what a drag! Don’t be distraught, Bush, a ‘master of metaphor,’ sees this tale as one man’s quest to regain his woman’s love while retaining balance in this thing we call life…Oh, yeah, you can also dance to it!

Jim’s music is played ’round the world. You can hear his songs on IHeart Radio, Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music, as well as countless terrestrial radio stations. He has contributed cover songs(Wear Your Love Like Heaven and Homeward Bound), which made their way to compilation albums displaying artists paying homage to sixties music. Groovy! Our favorite is Jim Bush’s album, “Jumpin’ at The C’mon,” a rockabilly romp that rival’s Rockpile’s, “Seconds of Pleasure.”

So, what’s our golden boy from Mansfield, Ohio(home of The Music Explosion of ‘Little Bit of Soul’ fame and Mansfield Reformatory of ‘Harry & Walter Go to New York’ kinda fame), come up with this time? We knew it would be different. We’ve heard rumors of an irresistible rhythm perhaps created from the sound of a thousand drums syncopated with Gregorian chants featuring The Dalai Lama doing tap!?

No, better! Yes, we said it! “Natural Law,” will move you…literally. Take the challenge. Try to resist the beat. We dare you not to sing along(but wait ’till you’ve heard it a few times as not to look foolish fudging the lyrics). We double dog dare ya. Let’s end it on that, “A Christmas Story,” reference(again with the Ohio thing), and until next time…Get “Natural Law,” today!
